You don't need another map.

You already know how far you ran — you have a watch for that. What you don't have is a system that holds you to the fire when it's 5 AM, raining, and your motivation is nonexistent. PeakRunning is a performance tool with a soul: the group text that gets you out the door, the training partner who won't let you skip the long run.

Weekly Goals

Zoom out. What's the mission this week? Set the intent, hit the mileage, review.

Dialed-in Paces

No guessing. Your paces are calculated from recent efforts and strictly enforced.

How it works

Structure, squad, and a daily reckoning.

PeakRunning isn't another tracker. It's the operating system that turns the runs you should do into the runs you actually do — three moving parts, one outcome: consistency.

01

Get your squad

Request beta access and get matched into a high-signal squad of 5–10 runners training toward the same kind of goal. Small enough that everyone notices when you go quiet.

02

Get your plan

PeakRunning builds an adaptive weekly plan around your recent efforts — mileage, workouts, and dialed-in target paces. No guessing what to run or how fast.

03

Show up daily

Each day comes down to one question: did you do the work? Check in, hold your streak, and let the squad keep you honest when motivation runs out.

Frictionless
Accountability.

Did you do the work? Yes or no. No excuses. The simplest, most ruthless check-in system for serious runners — the entire OS is built around one metric: did you show up?

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What is PeakRunning?+

PeakRunning is a training, accountability, and small-group community app for serious-but-not-elite runners — a "Runner's Operating System." It gives you an adaptive weekly plan, dialed-in target paces, a daily check-in, and a 5–10 person squad that keeps you consistent. It is the structure and accountability layer that a GPS watch alone can't provide.

Do I need a GPS watch to use PeakRunning?+

No, but most members use both. Your watch records the run; PeakRunning decides what the run should be, enforces the pace, and makes sure you actually do it. PeakRunning sits on top of the watch you already own rather than replacing it.

How do the accountability squads work?+

You're placed in a small squad of 5–10 runners — small enough that everyone notices when you go quiet. The squad sees your check-ins and streaks, so showing up (or skipping) is visible to real training partners, not an anonymous feed of strangers. That visibility is what drives consistency.

Is PeakRunning a coaching app or a social app?+

Both. Most tools pick one: solo AI-coaching apps give you a plan but no crew, and social run apps give you a crew but no plan. PeakRunning fuses adaptive daily pacing with a ruthless small-squad accountability layer — the coach and the crew in one place.

Who is PeakRunning for?+

PeakRunning is built for serious-but-not-elite runners — people past couch-to-5K who want real structure and accountability but aren't paying for one-on-one elite coaching. If your problem is consistency rather than data, it's for you.
